Booking Policy
We operate with a live availability calendar, so you can always check exact availability in real time. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your stay, please submit a reservation request.

- If your preferred dates are already ‘On Hold’, you may still submit a request. We will confirm availability within two working days once the holding party finalizes or cancels.

Payment Terms
- 20% deposit required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
- Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 11:00
- Late check-out: 50% of published rate until 19:00.
If a variation to the standard check-in or check-out time is required, guests must notify the Owner, who will confirm availability for the requested day. A confirmed early check-in or late check-out provides full use of the villa, its services, and facilities until the revised time. Guests arriving or departing without a prearranged early/late check-out may store their luggage securely with us at no additional charge; however, this does not permit re-entry to or use of the villa after check-out. A specific collection time must be arranged in advance to ensure a staff member is available to release the luggage.
